From 2012 to 2015, Sichuan People's Hospital managed Xinjin County People's Hospital gratuitously in the mode of assistance. The first cycle of trusteeship achieved remarkable results. On the basis of the first cycle of trusteeship experience, our hospital reached a comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation consensus with Sichuan People's Hospital in the second phase. On August 4, 2015, Xinjin People's Hospital was officially listed as "Sichuan People's Hospital Medical Group". Xinjin Hospital establishes a "medical consortium" of provinces, counties and townships, realizes "people-to-people, medical-to-finance" and realizes all-round close cooperation from management to technology. At the same time, a medical consortium was set up with township hospitals to implement department trusteeship and co-construction, and a three-level medical collaboration system of provincial, county and grass-roots level of "1+1+N" was constructed, which promoted the sinking of high-quality medical resources to the grass-roots level. Our hospital will consolidate the foundation of Xinjin Hospital, constantly tap the potential of internal development, continuously improve the quality of medical care, strive to improve the medical service capacity and technical level, and effectively serve the masses of Xinjin!

In medical research and teaching, hospitals have also made outstanding achievements. In recent years, it has been awarded the honorary titles of "provincial civilized unit" and "municipal public demonstration unit of hospital affairs" successively. In the medical service and quality evaluation of Chengdu Medical Planning Commission for two consecutive years in 2013 and 2014, it ranks first in the city's second-class general hospital, and in 2016, it was appraised as an excellent hospital of medical service quality by Chengdu Medical Planning Commission. In 2015, he won the city's "ECG Mapping Skills Competition" champion. It has been listed as one of the "county-level public hospital reform pilot units" and one of the 500 medical institutions in China to comprehensively improve service capacity. The experience of hospital reform in information construction, drug zero-plus, graded diagnosis and treatment has been reported by CCTV, which has strong repercussions in China.

The hospital's "aspiration, morality, benevolence and fine arts" as its training, and "patient needs first" as its core values, strictly requires all staff to devote themselves selflessly to the medical cause, advocate medical ethics, be kind to patients, and pursue excellence in medical technology. The hospital has earnestly fulfilled its duty of "saving lives and helping the wounded". It has always adhered to the principle of "patient-centered" service, actively carried out "people-centered" humanized service, and strived to create a comfortable and reassuring environment for patients to seek medical treatment. It has striven to eliminate the evil of disease and usher in health with scientific, rigorous and sophisticated medical techniques.
